After years of running track in both high school and on a college scholarship, I wanted to be professional at something that allowed me to give back to the community and people around me, giving me the ability and time to continue my own fitness journey. Years of discipline and hard work both in the gym and on the track taught me about body fortification, a balanced approach to life both mentally and physically, and how to train to succeed in events and everyday life.
My name is Cameron, and as owner of Engelhardt Performance Training, it’s my mission to share my skills and experience with individuals like you. We all share the same goals: to get in shape, to make a change in our fitness lifestyle, or even train for a specific event or opportunity.
It’s about training for the result you need with a customized plan tailored to your goals. I originally wanted to be a physical therapist, but seeing so many injuries made me want to make a change. What if I can help address the cause, and limit the effect? How can I help people achieve more than just looking better, feeling better, and increasing body optimization?
My practice and training programs focus on injury prevention. I’ve suffered years of impact on my joints, muscles and tissue from competitive running and lifting. I train several hours per day for CrossFit competitions - finishing in the top 7% in North America in 2022. The biggest differentiator you will find training under the EPT method is building foundation, fortifying the body, training for injury prevention, and pushing through mental obstacles to achieve a goal. In a typical 40-60 minute training session we are able to address all phases of physical and mental stress and provide a challenge that will leave you wondering if you can finish.
Trust me - yes, you are worth it and you will push through and become the best you. Everyone is capable of being their best with time and effort. A blended mental and physical approach is what I aim to instill in every client, and EPT programs are crafted to translate these teachings into your everyday activities, setting you up for lifelong success and health.
